A legally binding contract between the buyer and the Leipzig Coin Trade shall only be concluded by sending the ordered article or confirming your purchase offer in written form. |

In case of previous supply by us you will be informed if one of our suppliers does not fulfil his contractual obligation of supply or if we are hindered from supplying the article through no fault of our own for other reasons. In this case we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. |

Any payments of the purchase price made by you in advance are refunded. |

The prices are calculated in Euro including the currently valid value-added tax.
The purchase price is due 10 days (Germany) until 21 days (abroad) after date of invoice. New customers, who are not known by our company, are requested to give their references or will receive the supply by payment in advance.

Reservation of ownership
Until complete payment the supplied articles remain ownership of the Leipzig Coin Trade. |

The risks of dispatch are covered by us by concluding sufficient insurance. The all-inclusive dispatch costs are 3.90 Euro/ registered post to 25.00 Euro invoice amount and 6.50 Euro/ parcel until 250.00 Euro invoice amount and internationally 25.00 Euro/ parcel at maximum. From an invoice amount of 250.00 € onwards we deliver without charging any dispatch costs. |

Caution of revocation - Right to revoke
You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving any reasons in text form (for example, letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the article. The time limit begins with the receipt of this caution at the earliest. To keep the time limit sending the revocation or the article on time is sufficient. The revocation is to be sent to:

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation the received performances on both sides have to be returned and possibly received benefits (for example, interests) have to be repaid. If you are not able to return the received performance wholly or partly or only in a worse condition, you are obliged to pay damage for the lost value, if necessary. When handing over the articles this does not apply if the deterioration of the article is exclusively due to its examination - like it would have been possible to you in the store. You can avoid the obligation to pay damages for the lost value by not using the article like an owner and omit everything that reduces its value. Articles which can be sent as parcels have to be returned. For a return from a delivery of goods with an order value until 40 Euro you have to bear the costs of return, provided the delivered articles correspond to the order. In another case the return is cost-free for you. Articles which cannot be sent in parcels are collected at your house.

Guarantee of authenticity |
| 7.1. |
The authenticity of all offered coins, medallions, medals and decorations, banknotes and shares is guaranteed. If a forgery is sold inadvertently, the piece shall be taken back and the purchase price shall be repaid. |

All list owners, internet users and purchasers assure, as long as they do not say anything to the contrary, that they only use the list and the containing objects, especially the ones from the time of 1933-1945, for purposes of civic information or reporting on the events of history or for similar purposes (§ 86a section 3 German Penal Code). The seller only offers these objects under the above mentioned prerequisites. With the order the purchaser obliges himself to acquire all objects of this time, particularly those which show the corresponding symbols from the time of National Socialism, for the above mentioned purposes of use and not to use them in a propagandistic manner at all, particularly in the sense of § 86a German Penal code. |

Liability for defects
If delivered articles show obvious defects, which also include transport defects, you shall immediately make a complaint about such defects in written form or by sending back the goods. However, the omission of this complaint dose not have any consequences for your legal claims.
The pieces partly exist several times, therefore we cannot always deliver the displayed piece. The delivery of a non-displayed, identical piece does not represent a defect. If there is a defect of the goods delivered by us, the purchaser is entitled to the legal laws of warranty. |

Caution of return - Right of return
You can return the received goods without giving any reasons within two weeks by sending them back. Within this context, we refer to position 6 - caution of revocation - of these general standard terms and conditions.

If legally admissible, place of performance and place of jurisdiction for both parts is Leipzig. |

| 11. |
If individual provisions of the contract are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the other contract contents remains unaffected by this. The respective provision is replaced by an effective one, which comes as close as possible to the purpose, which one tries to achieve.
